Individual Equipment Session--All levels are welcome—discover the transformative benefits of Pilates at your own pace! Offered in 50 minute and 30 minute sessions.

This personalized session offers a tailored Pilates experience using a variety of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, EXO Chair, and other props. Designed to address your unique fitness goals, the session focuses on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability through guided, precise movements. Each session will typically use 1-3 pieces of equipment depending on the participant goals.

With one-on-one attention, you’ll benefit from a customized program that accommodates your fitness level, goals, and any rehabilitation requirements.

This is the ideal setting to refine your technique, deepen your practice, and achieve optimal results in a supportive and focused environment.

Full price sessions and memberships may also include a few minutes of Manual Therapy and/or Melt Method® techniques added as needed to help reduce restrictions/pain. Available as an added purchase for the discounted sessions @ $25/up to 15 minutes of manual therapy.

Reformer Class--Limited to 2 participants (3rd reformer coming SOON!)--Bring a friend or make a new one in this cozy Reformer class. Offered in 50 minute and 30 minute sessions.

A Pilates Reformer class is a full-body workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance using the Reformer machine. This class focuses on controlled, low-impact movements that challenge your core stability while enhancing alignment and posture.

Whether your goal is to build lean muscle, improve flexibility, or rehabilitate from injury, this class provides a dynamic and effective approach to achieve your fitness goals.

Mat Class--Up to 5 participants will find out how to use their body weight with or without props to get a wonderful full body workout. Offered in 50 minute and 30 minute sessions.

A Pilates Mat Class is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a mat using your own body weight and props for resistance. This class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture through a series of precise, low-impact movements.

You’ll learn to flow through exercises designed to increase stability, balance, and muscle control. Modifications and progressions are offered.
