This small group series is designed for anyone new to Pilates or those returning after a break — especially if you’ve only experienced large group fitness classes or online workouts. Most group Pilates classes don’t have the time or space to teach the foundational principles — like how to breathe for core connection, or how to move with control and precision. This series slows things down so you can build awareness, strength, and confidence from the ground up. Over 6 weekly classes, you’ll explore the 6 Pilates Principles — the core ideas that make Pilates so effective for improving strength, mobility, posture, and breath. Please Plan to Attend All 6 Classes Each session builds on the last — so to get the most out of this experience, it’s important to attend all six classes. This isn’t just a drop-in series — it’s a progressive journey that helps you build strength, awareness, and confidence week by week.
