Fleur de Lis Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork

Therapeutic massage using Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, and Machine Cupping.  The technique(s) used is dependent on the client preferences and needs.  ART sessions can be performed over clothing.

Therapeutic Massage Session

Relax in fully supported restorative poses while focusing on your breath, relaxation and receiving Therapeutic Massage. You will be guided into the poses.  While you await your turn for massage in each pose, your breath connects you into a deeper level of relaxation.  All props are supplied.

What physical requirements do I need for Yomassage?   The only requirement is the ability to get down and up off of the floor and the ability to remain quiet for the duration of the class. Soft occasional questions are ok, but this is a chance for you and the others taking the class to recharge and let go.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing, preferable active wear.
Clothing is worn during the entire class.

The Props:
 Yoga mat, blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks are used to get you into the most comfortable restorative pose with variations available for most.

What to bring:
Yourself, a friend (if the schedule allows) and drinking water.

Small group Mat Pilates class.  Explore your body through Mat Pilates. Find your core and find better posture, balance and more strength!  This class may use additional props.

Pilates Reformer-Small Group

This personalized session offers a tailored Pilates experience using a variety of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, EXO Chair, and other props. 

Designed to address your unique fitness goals, the session focuses on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability through guided, precise movements.

With one-on-one attention from a certified instructor, you’ll benefit from a customized program that accommodates your fitness level, needs, and any rehabilitation requirements. This is the ideal setting to refine your technique, deepen your practice, and achieve optimal results in a supportive and focused environment.
Offered in 50 minute and 30 minute sessions

All levels are welcome—discover the transformative benefits of Pilates at your own pace!  Have your session your way, where your goals are the focus.

Individual --Equipment Pilates Session

A Pilates Mat Class is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a mat using your own body weight for resistance. This class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture through a series of precise, low-impact movements.  You’ll flow through exercises designed to increase stability, balance, and muscle control.

EXPRESS--MAT Pilates 30 minutes

EXPRESS 30 Minute Session—Reformer Small Group Class currently has 2 reformers, making a custom class based on the participants. Come see what Reformer Pilates is all about!

Multiple equipment may be used during this 30 minute session. *Manual therapy and/or MeltMethod® may be added as needed. Have your session your way, where your goals are the focus.
