Therapeutic massage using Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, and Machine Cupping.  The technique(s) used is dependent on the client preferences and needs.  ART sessions can be performed over clothing.

Therapeutic Massage Session

Class space is limited to 6 participants, with a minimum of 3 to hold class.

MELT Method—Group Class

Relax in fully supported restorative poses while focusing on your breath, relaxation and receiving Therapeutic Massage. You will be guided into the poses.  While you await your turn for massage in each pose, your breath connects you into a deeper level of relaxation.  All props are supplied.

What physical requirements do I need for Yomassage?   The only requirement is the ability to get down and up off of the floor and the ability to remain quiet for the duration of the class. Soft occasional questions are ok, but this is a chance for you and the others taking the class to recharge and let go.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing, preferable active wear.
Clothing is worn during the entire class.

The Props:
 Yoga mat, blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks are used to get you into the most comfortable restorative pose with variations available for most.

What to bring:
Yourself, a friend (if the schedule allows) and drinking water.

Pilates Reformer-Small Group Duet

Trapeze Table (aka Cadillac), Reformer, Exo Chair and/or props.  This Pilates session is a one on one experience tailored to your body’s abilities and goals. Multiple equipment may be used during this 50 minute session. *Manual therapy and/or MeltMethod® may be added as needed. Have your session your way, where your goals are the focus.

Individual --Equipment Pilates Session
